A buyer purchased an item from me and after completing the purchase they filed a paypal claim saying they did not make the purchase and filed a claim against me.
They buyer was found in favor of the dispute and I had to give them a refund. However their money was never released to me from paypal or grailed since I did not ship the item due to them filing a claim right after purchase.
I was received an email from grail stating the buyer was a scammer and to contact paypal. I have been trying since yesterday to get a hold of someone at paypal and have had no response. Now my account has been charged $300 of money I do not have
