I filed a ic3.gov complaint but can't get it to paypal dispute for additional response. Only option I had was to save or print. Saved it to quick menu in android. Talked to customer service they were no help. There was no option on the site to send it to anyone only save or print. Does anyone know what else I can do? My dispute is stuck until I can get the completed form to paypal. Thanks

It should be illegal for your dispute to be stuck until you are able to provide PayPal with your ic3.gov form. PayPal is not waiting for your form to be shown as completed. PayPal is waiting for the fraudulent company to say, yes, we received the item back (from you), then PayPal can credit you your money. Even if you fill out this ic3 form The company is not going to respond to PayPal and tell them that you sent back the item (if that was going to happen then you wouldn’t be filling out this form). Therefore, PayPal is once again, not doing their job by #1 allowing this fraudulent company to do work with PayPal #2 not giving your money back and pretending like they are working with an ethical company.
