I did not use PayPal for the past three months. Suddenly, yesterday evening, I got notifications about money withdrawal from my bank account. I emailed the merchant, the email given in the Paypal activity list. The email failed to sent. I did not order anything. Please file a complaint and I need my money back. They took a large amount of 16,000 RMB. I have attached the screenshots of the transactions. I did not do this and I did not even receive any OTP before transactions. After taking all money from my bank account, my account was closed.
Do I need to take legal steps? Are you trying to cheat me?
