I got a notification that says my account is limited because of some missing info and documents, I have been asked to submit inventory receipts and supplier information documents, what if I am dropshipping and I don't have warehouse and I am dealing with many suppliers? I already have a legally registered company in Canada, so what documents should I submit?
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
