Because you've continually filed Buyer Protection cases which don't align with the intent of PayPal Buyer Protection and are contrary to the terms set out in our User Agreement, we’ve determined you're no longer allowed to use PayPal’s services. Your account is now permanently limited.
You can no longer send or receive funds, and your ability to file disputes for items not received or items not as described has also been disabled. Any existing cases you've filed for items not received or items not as described will be denied. Any funds in your account will be held for 180 days. After 180 days, we'll contact you with information on how to withdraw any money in your PayPal account, as long as there's no outstanding legal issue in your account.

however, my account is closed permernantly.
