i waited about one and half a months to get my parcel, then cuz the covid-19, tracking shows me the parcel have been returning to the sender. i had opened a dispute earlier, then the teco give paypal a tracking number, i thought maybe i can wait, so i cancelled the dispute.
but now, there is no customer service from this unreliable website teco, and my parcel is returning, and i cant open a second dispute, im afraid i cant get my full refund back, it is a fraud site. what should i do? the paypal service number seems like also not available. what can i do!!!!!!!!!!!!help !
