Hello,
I've got a problem, because someone hacked my play station account and used my money to buy a new expensive game - Assasin's Creed Valhalla. I can't even log in to my https://my.playstation.com/ , because the hacker set 2-Step Verification...
I wrote to you that someone has made an unauthorized payment and you closed my case in 2 hours saying that you didn't find any... I thought that you are protecting your buyers and now I feel cheated by you. What can I do?. Go to the police?. Is that they way that you are treating your customers?.

Apparently, the cyber intruder was good at hiding their tracks or the case needs a pair of human eyes.
Talk to Sony/Playstation, have them look at your playstation account as well.

Scroll down to click "Contact Us"
Choose the topics that best explain your issue.
Then when you get to the page where it says "This information might help", scroll down for contact options to request an appeal.
I can't read polish language so you'll have to figure this out. Filing a police report can help with the investigation, making it 'legally official'.

I'm going to talk with them, but I thought that paypal service is better and they will talk with me but they only closed my disput. I will definitely close my account. I feel cheated by them 😞

They may be refusing you because your security for your device used to access paypal was compromised, checkout this....
