permanent limitation for twitch donation? no help on support, stranded abroad

Hey !! I am in desperate need of help.... 😞

 

I'm a twitch streamer, only 18 years old but I moved abroad to stream on ywitch.tv (and the primary way to make money is through paypal).

So all was well, and I've started growing on twitch a lot so for my privacy I made a new paypal business account to help with privacy in receiving money.

 

I streamed for one day, and received a few donations (around $100 - 200 USD?) which none of this appeared in my balance. I thought this was odd so I went into my account and it asked for personal details to confirm my identity. So I submitted my passport and verified my email and all the money came through no problem- info was reviewed and accepted no problem.

 

Then bam- all of a sudden 10 minutes later I get an email saying I'm permenantly restricted... No reason, and that I can't ever use paypal again or access my money for 6 months. Long story short, I'm doing what tens of thousands of other streamers are doing- on a new account, to be randomly insta banned from paypal. Twitter sends me messages saying they can't do anything, I phone paypal and they say they no longer want my business? WHY??

 

Anyway. Now I'm abroad, with no way to make money or get home, I really really need help in sorting this. I can provide whatever information paypal needs to help, I just need some advice on what to do- as I can't continue my job on twitch without paypal as can't receive money now 😞

 

Any help is MASSIVELY appreciated.

(phone calls were even worse, I was literally just screamed at by this woman saying to uninstall paypal from all my devices... what)
