contacted PayPal to cancel a payment on pressure washer in error Also reached out to the vender to cancel the order made a complaint and PayPal said it found in favor of vender I'm perplexed.. Also not happy with this finding any ideas The item i ordered never arrived either please help so i can recover the cost..
Hi had the same thing pay pal will only refund if I return the object I am refusing as it is not part of the agreement for purchase protection I am now lodging a complaint with the financial ombudsman and would urge others too do the same as pay pal have a duty of care to protect against fraudsters
