can someone help me step by step please recently i made a purchase on steam with paypal and i refounded after the refound my account was locked and the only way to unlock is to reverse the charge back now how do i do that ..how do i give a reverse refound
I mean 2 month ago i made a payment on steam ( game platform) and refounded for some reason now my steam account was Locked and it s say s i can t use my account till i reverse the chargeback ...and I don t know how to send them back the funds i asked for refound
