Bought pj's online, website seemed legit. Didn't like them so tried to return, their website said to email for a refund. No response x5 attempts. Filed claim with Paypal, of course seller responds to them right away. Was told by Paypal to get this resolved I need to first mail back the return. Was given an address in China, which cost $60 to ship to (despite their website also listing a Portland address, which I was suspiciously no allowed to mail to).
After waiting about 4 months, just got an email that claim was denied as seller says never received package. Now I no longer have pj's and am out the money for shipping.
Why was it denied if they gave me a bad address/ never received the package? I have proof I mailed the package to the address they gave me, it should be on them for not having a real address/ giving me a fake one.
What are my options now? There is no logical reason my claim was denied as I did all that was asked of me, this pj website is clearly fraudulent.
