spent 120.00 online with Quiz clothing but trouble getting my money back

I bought 2 bridesmaid dresses from Quiz..£120.00..they arrived on the thursday and were sent back the friday as they didnt suit...about a week later they refunded me half my money..after many emails on facebook and direct im getting nowhere..how do i start a dispute as i thought i had but its saying no case

What can you open a dispute for? You received the items and they were described accurately but just didn't suit.

Paypal does not cover buyer remorse unfortunately.

If the seller was in the UK then you should be able to take out a small claims court action as long as you returned the goods within 14 days.

Because that's what they say on their web site..that you can get in items and refund you no problem if items are returned..so that's what I did..and they only refunded me half my money..but they have now apologise and refunded the full amount..
