I purchased goods to the value of $219.97  from Think tech sales ltd 

When I received them , they did not work .

So Emailed the company . They never answered me .

So I explained to PAYPAL .

They said the case has  been closed 

I am very unhappy with the decision and dont believe they have done anything to get my money back .

I have paid all this money for something that does not work 

I is so unfair that I have no rights on a refund for goods that are not as described before I bought them .

Our disputes team relies on the documents and information provided to them, after thoroughly investigation if they think that your proof is not that strong enough to defend the case then the otherr party will be favored for both you and the seller is covered by our protection. If you haven't managed to file an appeal on this case tho and to give you a fair share, you could still appeal the case along with the updated information to support the claim. Hello everyone, first time i've posted. I'm in the midst of being scammed by this company, they refuse to reply to emails, provide inaccurate shipping info to PayPal when i opened a dispute and escalated it. They are clearly a scam.

I have told them i don't want the item (WiFi Boooster) and just refund me. However my real concern is they will raid my PayPal Account for more cash. I have seen loads of accounts online after researching, please check their reviews on TrusPilot.

I probably need to close my PayPal account to be safe.

I think it’s about time PayPal wiped this company off its books completely to avoid anyone else getting scammed like this !

paypal if you monitor these messages, enough is enough block this company now !

I got ripped off also. But it was over $160.00 and they do not work. My research took me to Bosnia. So it sounds as if the Scammers have bounced the signal all over. The address is fake also. No such address is know in New Jersey USA.

Hi there, i gave up on useless PayPal, reclaimed the money from my bank, who gave me a date beyond which they wont take it back again no matter what these scammers say, once that date passes i'll be closing my paypal account after 2 decades or so, like ebay, amazon and the rest they don't give a toss aboout us consumers who built them, an awakening is imminent

I was able to get a representative on this number <removed> by choosing the option of placing an order. They said they are canceling the unauthorized order and issuing a full refund (I wont hold my breath waiting on it) and they gave me a cancellation confirmation number.

I would like to know why this seller is allowed to continue to use this platform if they have so many people saying they are stealing from them?   Why haven't you implemented disciplinary measure or discontinued allowing them to use Paypal?  People use Paypal because they believe their transactions are safe and they won't be robbed.  Allowing this company to continue to do business on your platform will cause people to leave.  You can best believe I will be posting on every review discussion thread and board I can find about how you know this company is robbing people yet you still do business with them and allow them to rob people using your platform.
