In regards the Case ID: PP-I-12824761
you guys said refund was approved, I'm ok with that.
but also said:
we were unable to undo the unauthorized changes made to your account within our system
what does this mean?
second,
how this happened
how is possible that 10 unauthorized transactions were made in my paypal account?
is it paypal secure? 10 transactions...is my credit card safe? all unauth payments were about $400
I need answers guys...
I really want a proper answer...not a short one...
