Account Limited and a Payment Under Review WHY?

Ok recently I made a purchase for $35, soon after My account was limited and the payment was charged back.

 

I went through the process of confiming my address and identity. Got the limit lifted, but the payment I sent is still being reviewed by paypal and it says its under investigation.

 

There is no button to resolve the problem, but it says its waiting for my response? I made the payment, I didn't recieve it! So what is with the payment review.

 

The service I purchased is for a membership to a site,  Every time I log in I get this message now. Please read our TOS:

7.2. Any kind of dispute / refund request / attempt to charge-back, will be repealed by onBux and the member will have their account suspended

 

So now my account is going to be banned because of this retarded review crap and a dispute I did not file. What right does paypal have to chargeback a payment I made for a service and then hold the funds like its theres. Even though I did the review and the limits where lifted?

 

My account is verified and I have made over 600 transactions through ebay etc. with no problems at all, like this. I know the review is for saftey reasons, but for paypal to charge back a payment I made for a service, is getting into, saying who I can send money to, when and who I can't send money to. This is wrong and I am pretty sure it's against US law.

 

I have tried emailing paypal several times, without a response, not even a generic email, saying I would be contacted soon about the matter. My email is fine, I got the message about my account being return to normal!

 

Can You please tell me how to contact paypal through the phone, I can't seam to find there phone number?

 

Can You tell me how long a payment is usually under review, I noticed 180 days! If this ends up being the case and My personal funds are held for that long, I will be reporting paypal to BBB for such actions.

 

Thanks for all Your help and I am sorry for venting I am a bit frustrated after waiting several days for paypal to review the information I provided and now having to wait even longer for paypal to review a payment they fradulantly charged back from the service I purchased, for really no reason. It's a load of crap.

Read my proposal to push for authorized payments. Basically saying the buyer authorizes payment and PayPal should not step in and block it.
