I am trying to buy etickets from someone on craigslist but I cannot travel to their house to pick it up. I offered to pay them through paypal and they could just email me the etickets, but what happens if I pay them through paypal and then they never email me the tickets? Is there something i can do about it? I need the advice before I hand over the $80!
you need to open a case with paypal immediately!! Then escalate the claim as soon as you open it, and state that the seller is fraudulant and there was no responses to your messages. If your money is still in the account it will be placed on hold, then go to your bank and call the Visa company. I say Paypal first because they can put that money on hold from their account, just in case the other two say there is nothing they can do. Put in that the tickets were tangible goods, as they were being sent to you.
