Didn't get the e-book that was promised

I bought an e-book and I was suppose to get a link to download it right away.  I still have not gotten it, and my account was paid through paypal.

I would log into PayPal and find the transcation.  You should see an e-mail address to where the payment was sent to.  Considering people get notifications when someone sends money should mean someone is checking this e-mail and should be able to help you with your problem.
