How do I file a complaint against Fiverr? I've ordered and paid for 4 gigs through Fiverr via PayPal and had someone falsely file a report against me stating that "I've provided or offered a direct payment to other user". Now I have contacted Fiverr's Customer Service and stated my claim but they are refusing to remove 'oops won't do it again' button on my account which is preventing me from sending messages to other users making inquiries on my suggests. I have not violated Fiverr's Terms of Service and refuse to click 'oops won't do it again' button agreeing as though I have when I clearly have not. I don't know Fiverr's physical business address either so I can file a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau. I'm about ready to initial chargebacks on all 4 of transactions since Fiverr is clearly violating my rights since they receive payments for sellers on their behalf and charge a fee or commission for handling the monies.
