Okay so i recently filed a claim which got escelated to a dispute because i didnt receive the item i payed for. The dude turned out to be a scammer. Now paypal is saying that i have to send back his goods to him and provide a trackig number to recieve my full refund. Ive emailed paypal already twice, and i only have 10 days to respond, and paypal still hasnt replied to them. How do i get my refund back???
