I ordered this costume online, and it never shipped so I wanted to create a dispute. However, I simply put in my my information and, didn't do it through my actual paypal account so I can't find the transaction ID. I do have a receipt number, and it was charged to my credit card so I'm not sure what to do now? Any help would be much appreciated!

I'm having the same problem. Why is there not a transaction ID number on my receipt?

The payment you sent was not sent through your physical paypal account, instead you provided your financial information directly to the seller, and they used PayPal to process the payment. If this happens you just have a receipt number.
If you are unable to work directly w/ the seller, please contact us directly by going to PayPal.com then help. WE can walk you through opening a PayPal account from the receipt number, or we can file the dispute for you.
I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you, and not receiving merchandise you purchased from the seller.
