We have 3 open cases in the Resolution Centre, all MIPs Complaint and all being reveiwed by PayPal. But if I go to the Case Report, all three are marked "Case Closed"
I have contacted one of the customers who also indicted the case had been sorted with PayPal and he was told we should have the payment.
If the Case Report says Case Closed, why are all 3 still open in the Resolution Centre.
