Sender returns donation money???

I recently started a server and a forum. I asked for donations from anyone who would like to help me out. A girl sent me 40$ and has now returned it after i used the money on hosting. I am now fined by paypal for not filling the persons order??

This was donation money? Now she returned after i used it.. Thats just not right..

She likely wasn't authorized to use the credit card she paid with.

Tough break, but nothing you can do about it.
