I posted my WOW account for sale on craigslist.
This guy emailed me to buy it
Once a price was agreed to and he transferred the money to my paypal account.
We IMd to transfer the account information
Once he had the account access he put a hold on the funds and raised a dispute.
I sent all of the emails and IM logs to the paypal resolution center and 3 days later they let him take back the money.
Paypal gave no explaination and did not recover my WOW account to me.
Is that customer service?

Hi Jacked-
Digitally delivered goods are not covered by PayPal's Seller Protection Policy because we have no way to confirm proof of delivery without a tangible good being shipped with electronic tracking. This is section 11 of PayPal's User Agreement.
Additionally, while we are not responsible for enforcing other websites own User Agreements, selling of accounts and goods is outlined in Blizzard's Terms of Use for WoW...they do not recognize the sale or transfer of accounts as they are the owners of the game.
Thanks,
Jason
