Unauthorized Payment Claim as Seller

So I received an Unauthorized claim against an item I sold April 20th. I received payment May 1 and sent the item to the address on file with eBay (which matches the Paypal address.)

Is this something that could even be my fault? The name on eBay is different from the name listed in Paypal, but the address is the same. If someone in that house used someone else's Paypal account, as a seller, am I responsible?

My options for dispute do not include adding any explanation, just providing tracking, admitting I never shipped or refunding the money.

Am I just out of the money here or what?

It's not your fault.  If someone in the same house used another persons PayPal account, that would be considered friendly fraud, and that person would be liable.  If the person filing it actually had an unauthorized charge, then even though it's not your fault, you would be liable to refund.

Thanks.

Is there anyway I can see their description of the claim? This seems like it should transparent to both parties of the claim.
