I called customer service to open a dispute and they did for me as I couldn't do it myself due to using guest checkout so the transaction was not under my account. They gave me a case number, but I have no idea where to use it to view the status of the case.

Hello wetniga,
Welcome to the board!
Since the transaction & dispute were made using guest checkout, you would be unable to log in to check the status. We will however update you via email on any changes made on the case.
Also, feel free to give our Customer Service a call. They would be more than happy to update you over the phone!
Hope this helps,
Lilly
