i have a negative balance due to a buyers dispute claim. most of the money held was for shipping. i was able to prove it had been shipped. the item arrived a week ago but claim still says it is being reviewed by paypal. all the while paypal has been holding the $ that other buyers have been paying to get there items shipped. the $ is going into the negative balance hole caused by this. this is a horrible disservice to them as they are paypals customers too.
