Dispute appeal still not resolved

Cut to the chase, dispute with seller found in my favour, full refund made to my credit card and received. The seller appealled and presumably provided more 'lies' to try andsupport their case. I havent seen any info the seller provided but as the 'Add files' option was enabled, I took the opportunityto add a lot of my own evidence I was prevented from uploading when the seller escalated my dispute.

The Resolution Centre no longer shows the Appeals status and a comments says if PP need any more info they'll ask for it by 18 March ie 3 full days ago. My PP summary used to say there is an outstanding dispute but this no longer displays. Im in limbo whether PP have again decided in my favour.

Have PP rejected the appeal? What do I do now?

Im concerned either the seller or PP are trying to drag this out so I am beyond the 120 day time limit to ask my credit card issuer for a chargeback (which I will do if PP overturns the original decision and attempts to take any amount out of my account).

So, to update this, today 22 March and a number of days after the Resolution Centre next action date of 18 March passed, PP have returned the status to appeal again. How can they do that, I understood there was only one opportunity to appeal but the seller appears to have been allowed two bites of the cherry. And in neither opportunity have I been given the chance to refute any other evidence the seller, who has told a pack of lies todate, may have provided.
