Email Address for PayPal

Hi,

I need to make a complaint to PayPal, but the online complaints form didn't work (the signature boxes were greyed out, and I couldn't click in them to type).

I tried to send PayPal an email using the Disputes and Claims email address, but I got an automated email telling me that PayPal prefer to deal with issues like this by phone. I take it that this means no-one will reply to my email?

The problem is, the reason I'm not dealing with this by Phone is because I have a disability that stops me from using a phone. Does anyone know how I can contact PayPal by email so I can sort this issue out?
