nothing gifted payments do not have buyer protection best thing you can do is contact your bank hope they do something also you cannot open a dispute for a gifted payment get in contact with ebay and get them BANNED they have scammed you as they knew you wouldint be able to claim money back
NEVER PAY A SELLER WHO WANT YOU TO SEND PAYMENT AS GIFT IF AQNY SELLER DOES REPORT THEM TO EBAY/PAYPAL

Gift payments should only be used if sending payments to friends or family.
