On May 25th 2017, I used a site called "Elitepvpers.com". They sell accounts for many different games, and a bunch of different things. I was purchasing a League of Legends account for 80 Euros. He had good ratings, and didnt really see any posts regarding scams (or i thought). So i asked the poster, if i could buy a league of legends account, with 132 Champions and 231 Skins he said yeah. It was an account for the server EUW. He tells me to send him 80 Euros to his email, as Friends and Family. I sent him the amount, and he proceed to send me the account information. I log in, and change everything, and proceed to use the account. I spend a lot more by putting money into the account for skins and name change, and for a server change (from EUW to NA). On June 13th 2017, the account gets recovered by I dont know who. So i tell him that the account was recovered, and was asking what was going on. He said i will give you another account in NA server, with similar skins and champions. At this point im upset cause i spent more money just to get skins and such. But I have no other choice but to take this new account as he wont refund me and he can't get that account back (he never explained why it was recovered) So i proceed to change all the info to my info, then i spend a huge amount of money on this account on skins and name change once again, because it was almost a month that passed by since he gave me the information to the new account, so i assumed it wasn't going to get recovered like last time. On July 28th 2017 the new account i got, gets recovered again. At this point im super frustrated, because i spent more money on skins and such again, just to find it getting recovered. The seller, doesn't have the "recovery questions answers" so i can't recover the accounts. So i tell the seller that the account is recovered AGAIN, but this time i dont have a reply back. He's on skype and on the website Elitepvpers. Its currently August 9th 2017 and i still haven't gotten a reply back.
In the beginning the reason i didn't see any "Scammer or Stop ignoring me" posts was becasue the website doesn't allow any posts regarding "Criticising, or writing negative about a seller" which is stupid because without these kinds of post people will end up like myself. I found this out myself because i posted on the sellers page with basically what i wrote here, and a few days later, it was removed becasue i was writing negative about the seller.
I cant file a dispute because i sent it as F&F.

A “gift” (or personal payment) is intended as a transfer of funds from family or friends to one another. For this reason, there is no processing fee when payment is made with bank or PayPal balance.
On the other hand, as it is a “personal” payment, there is also no Buyer protection as no goods or services should have been exchanged.
If he was not a close mate or family member you should never use that option as it enables the seller to evade his paypal fees and negates your buyer protection at the same time. Scam sellers often ask for payment that way as they know this.
You also risk having your account limited for using this option when you are purchasing goods.
Your only hope is if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card then contact your card issuer and see if they will help you.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
