I backed a kickstarter about 2years ago. I paid for my pledge via PayPal through the company's Web store. Fulfillment of the product was meant to arrive within a year. Even now there is no sign of getting the product anytime soon. Where do I stand reference escalating this and getting my money back. I've contacted the company and all I got was a vague response saying that it'll be weeks before I'm likely to get my refund.
