This is getting silly I think Paypal is trying to stop people claiming from Monarchs demise.

 

I have put the case into dispute but is showing as 0 case in dispute and when i try again it says this case is already in dispute. 

 

Either there is something wrong with Paypal dashboard or they are attempting us to stop putting a claim in.

 

I have emailed them through the message thing and come back with some nonsense!

 

Can someone advise if there is an issue with Paypal Resolution Screen or NOT!

I had the same problem.  I have put it through as "Unauthorised Activity", which doesn't seem quite right but is the only way to get it to show as an open case in the resolution centre.

Paypal is snowed under with resolution requests.

Go to

https://www.paypal.com/gb/selfhelp/contact/call

This give the freefone number and a 6 digit code.

Call them direct (freefone) and ask to speak to an agent.

I called them earlier today. Only a 7 minute wait on the phone and the agent sorted it in 2 minutes. Even gave me the date of the refund (2 weeks). All credit to Paypal on this one!
