Tried calling paypal....everyone is from the Phillipines and kept sayin i understand but didnt seem to understand anythin i said at all. Complete waste of time. I gave them transaction id numbers and they cant access the system to find it without having my full 16 credit card number????? Uf its paypal and the payments came through them all i need to know if payment went through or not. Ridiculous. Can anyone tell me what on earth is goin on????
