TI'm not getting any notifications when cases are opened and messages are posted in the resolution centre in paypal. With the older version of paypal I used to to get this but not with the latest version.
Is this something I need to configure ?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
