Hi
I bought 2 items from 2 different sellers and both items were not as the pictures that the sellers were displaying, so I file disputes for them on papal that were escalated to claims later. I ask for full refund plus the return postage fees and provide some links to pictures that illustrate the significant differences between the sellers original advertising pictures and the items I received.
Is there any chance for this to happen? I mean Will I receive the full amount back plus the return postage fees?
Is there any chance that the sellers win the claims 😞 ?
Thanks in advance

"" Will I receive the full amount back plus the return postage fees? ""
Unfortunately,No you wont recieve the return postage fees !! you have to foot that yourself..
In my case,i bought a portable stereo from a seller in usa before christmas,i paid $350 (£220+) for it,when it got here absolutely Nothing worked on it and it had damage,i contacted the seller,he told me to return it,i started a dispute through ebay, then i got a message from ebay saying that the seller will give me a refund, but i will have to box the item back up and return it back to Usa,when i worked it out,i found to send it back would cost me at least £80-£100,that money would have to come out of my pocket and i would'nt get that back,so i would have to spend £80-£100 to get my £220 back,so when i found that out i contacted the seller and told him, then i said to him that to make us both happy,i would accept a parcial refund so i could attempt to have it repaired, but soon as i said that, the seller never responded ever again..and when ebay told to send the item back,i was told to do it before a certain date, obviously i was'nt going to,but there was no other options to explain my story,so i came to a brick wall, then the time ran out and now i'm left with a heap of worthless junk thats not worth a £10,no refund,no parcial refund,no help from ebay,no help from paypal,no help from the seller !!!
