I have recently bought from a website and the goods have been detained upon entering the UK and i was told they are counterfeit.  The seller said i could have a refund but now no response.  How do i stand with making a paypal claim?

I would personally start with filing a claim for non-receipt. Attach whatever proof you have indicating the item was seized by customs/was conterfeit, whether that be a notice from the government (request something in writing if you haven't received anything) and/or a tracking number. If they have no tracking number than that in and of itself would go against them in determining the outcome of the claim. The outcome all depends on what documents you and the seller can provide...
