We recently purchased a camera bundle via a London website that advertised free postage. Paid for the item and got an email saying there would be a £59 postage fee, confused by this as we live in the UK we tried to call. We were on the phone for an hour to 7 seven different 'Americans' who each said different things, we may or may not have to pay a shipping fee which confused as us as we had no idea that the item was being imported? What do we need to do should we refuse the parcel and claim our money back through pay pal is this possible. The company is called drones for less ??
