I really hope someone can help me!! I received an email last night saying that I had requested to send money to someone and that someone had added an email address and a mobile number to my account! All of the above it completely fraudulent however they have totally wiped my PayPal account and it’s almost as though I’ve never had one! There are no transactions to see even though I have made many myself! My bank say they can’t do anything until it’s rwached PayPal however PayPal won’t put me through to a customer service rep because apparently my mobile number doesn’t tie in with any account registered!!! It’s nearly £1000 they’ve requested from my back someone please tell me what to do???

I am having a similar issue, sadly it seems Paypal don't care unless it's them who's out of pocket

Please reach out to our Customer Support team by phone on 0800 358 7911, when you reach the automated service repeat the word "Agent" or continuously press "0" and you will be passed through to the next available representative.
