A buyer opened a 'non-receipt claim' against me for a item he apparently never received.
I sent this with Royal Mail and provided tracking which I scanned and added into the case.
The case is still being reviewed by paypal since 25th which is frustrating because this is affecting my productivity alot.
Paypal put on hold £122.50 and made my paypal balance go from £0 to -£122.50
Since then I have sold more items and have now put my balance back to £0 but I'm still missing the money from these sales which comes up to £120+.
What do you think paypal will do? Surely they cannot side with the buyer If I have a scanned receipt of postage to the correct address.
