dispute resolution

I ordered a sofa that should have been delivered in 21 days. I called them after 28 days and canceled as they didnt have stock. I canceled the order and registered a paypal dispute that closed on the 15th december. the seller did not reply but i still have no refund.

 

What can i do now?

Did you escalate the dispute to a claim for paypal to sort for you?
