Hi

    Need help, Ive a case filed against me as a seller via ebay therefore the funds are on hold, Ive offered a full refund and have recieved the goods so now I want to refund the buyer asap but cant.  Any ideas how to refund if the funds are on hold its doing my head in.  Please help

Email paypal via contact us bottom of the page and tell them the paypal transaction number and tell them that you authorise them to refund your buyer.
