hi, i sold a item on ebay last thursday,i received a email from pay pal saying payment received,but there is no history or funds in my account.i have had a paypal account quite a while and never had this problem before.paypal leave a phone number but i refuse to phone luxembourg at my expense,and i have contacted them by email many times which is useless.any help would be appreciated.

Since last Thursday have you bought anything and paid with it via paypal?

If so then paypal will always take funds from your paypal balance if their is money in there rather than  from your bank account or c.c.

Also if you click contact us for paypal tel number its an 0844 number and that is not international.
