I have a question about the rights of a buyer when ... product and services bought for surprise and I only found that product and services wrongly delivered ... when I view the video of an event but the item had been partially used,... e.g. flowers, cake
so, now when I raise the dispute, seller demanded original item with packaging to return...
where do I stand now ??
how can I get the claim for deliberate fraudulent by the company ... I have spotted other customers had been a victim of this company as well, data available on whistleblower websites
