Can fees be added to Donate button?

I would like to create a Donate button that includes the service fees so that the non-profit nets the donation money.  For example, if somebody wants to donate $100 the actual donation amount would be increased to $103 at checkout to cover the related service fees.  Is there a way to do that?

Donations buttons do not allow for the application of tax at this time.  Additionally, individuals or organizations that accept payments through PayPal cannot apply additional fees to any payment to cover the processing fee.  However, qualified 501(c)3 charities can receive a discounted rate so that they keep more of those donations!  Check out www.paypal.com/nonprofit for more information
