I would like to set up a donation page for my sister and brother in law who are currently in the hospital. Do i need a nonprofit bank account or something to do this? Are there any fees and if i dont need a non profit acct am i able to change the account to theirs once they are able to get me that information? Below is a little infomation on them. I would like to get this started for them asap. Thanks
my brother in law was sitting on his motorcycle at a red light when a tractor trailer ran into him and sent him flying in the air then running over his motorcycle and onto a car. He was air lifted and has been in icu and trauma floors since before Easter. He is a father and stepfather of 5 kids who are being taken care of my a friend while his wife "lives" in the waiting room on his floor. Last night while his wife was walking back to the hospital she was struck by a car driven by one of the hospitals nurses. She is now on the same floor as her husband and she is suffering a broken collar bone and arm. Christopher was recently released from his postion as manager of Lowes after many years of employment due to economic times and his wife was going to school to persue her dreams of a sonographer.
