Fees for personal transfer from Brazil to USA?

Anyone know what the total fee would be to do a personal money transfer from Brazil bank account to USA bank account in the amountof 5,000 USD?

Austin1986- Rather than try and do some math and make my head hurt, I'll just include the link to the correct fees page.  Everything you need to figure it out is on there, so with a calculator, some scrap paper, a slide rule, and possibly a Cray Supercomputer, you should be good 😉

According to the PayPal Brazil Fees Policy, you cannot send money for a personal transaction from some countries including Germany, China or Brazil...

And so... the payment would be a Purchase Payment and the recipient would pay the fee.

If there is no currency conversion, the PayPal fee would be $195.30... 3.9% plus 30 cents.

If currency conversion is involved, an additional 2.5% currency conversion fee will be added to the exchange rate.
