personal fees

I tried to find some information arond here but so far - not enough. Here: I'm sending money to family internationally, I pay the sender fee, they received it in their paypal accont and want to withdraw to their bank accont. How much is the fee for this transaction?

Welcome to the Community!  I know you won't be able to post a response in this board (it was Archived as part of the recent upgrades), so please feel free to post a revised question here.

In regards to your question, there's some clarification the Community may need in order to answer appropriately if you repost.  First, are you asking about fees for withdrawal, sending the payment, or receiving it (not all may have a fee)?  Also, where are you located and where is the buyer located?
