Another scam using - Scammed by : UAB

I have received several e-mails from a gentleman stating he wants to buy item from me off Caig's list using transport co UAB. Here is some of the dialog:

i'm a am a chief at sea and i will love to buy this item.i want to be
the best offer by adding $100 to your money then keep other offers
off,where i am i don't have access to my bank account and i have
access to my paypal account.I insisted on paypal because i don't have
access to my bank account online as i don't have internet banking, but
i can pay from my paypal account, as i have my bank account attached
to it, i will need you to give me your paypal email address so i can
make the payments asap for the item and if you don't have paypal
account yet, it is very easy to set up, go to and get it set
up , after you have set it up i will only need the e-mail address you
use for  registration with paypal so as to put the money through. I
have a pick up agent that will come and pick the item up after i have
made the payment. Get back to me in time.

I just want to know more about it to make sure its in good condition
so can you assure me i will not be disappointed???And also ,I need to
inform you about this,just received an email from my pick agent...am
most sure i did not include that in my previous email,They said they
won't come for the pick up unless i pay him the agent commission fee
first in order to be able to schedule a pick up time,since the
transaction was withing the country USA.And the only form of payment
they accept is Western Union Money Transfer.I have tried to pay online
but i will need a credit card which i didn't bring here,and there is
no post office(there is usually a Western Union section in most post
offices) or any Western Union agent on the ship as am actually away on
the sea right now cos am a chief at sea,that's why i am making use of
a shipping company to have this picked up from you.Further
arrangements will be made with you in regards to the pick up once i
have paid you! so i have to ask you if you could be trusted ????? As i
will send you $7000 and you will deduct $2900  for the good i am
buying and send $2000 to my agent and the rest $100 for the Western
Union charges,they will take it to my Dad(1st class treatment),the
Western Union Money Transfer can be made at a post office near to
you,there is always a Western Union agent in most post offices,or you
locate any Western Union office near you .I will hold on till you get
back to me before i make the payment,So get back to me asap

I got this same email today about my product. i figured it was a scam.
