 The group, Esther Smiles Foundation (the account is in the name Yvonne Rorrer) is claiming it to be a non-profit business but has not filed papers for that status. It's not even a business.

She may be scamming thousands of dollars!

Esther Smiles Foundation is not a scam.  The foundation is registered with the State of NC as a charitable organization.

All documentation required by PayPal to be registered as a non profit has been submitted, reviewed and accepted as proof of a valid organization.
