I am selling my bedroom furniture on-line and the buyer wants to pay me using PayPal. It sounds like the buyer uses PayPal regularly. Do I need a Pay Pal account to receive the $$? He also agrees to pay the transaction fee(s). Any advice on what to look out for -- i.e. scams -- or is this a pretty safe way to do things.
